The installation meeting took place at Glenmore House, Surbiton on Thursday 17th Dec. The outgoing Master, Gavin Wilson, installed the new Master, Larry Hands in a most enjoyable and sincere ceromony and was ably assisted by the Immediate Past Master Andrew Shackel.
We were joined by a goodly number of guests from both Lovekyn Chantry and Dormer Lodges, some who are regular visitors and others who attended for the first time.
We celebrated the installation of our new Master with an excellent dinner following the Lodge meeting, during which Carols were sung, accompanied by our organist John Brooks ‘on the old joanna’ .
During the evening, a magnificent sum in excess of £600, was collected for our charities and for which the Master expressed his sincere thanks.
